Fifth Annual Lauren's First and Goal Camp Hits Record Numbers
A record 1,633 high school students turned out for Lauren's First and Goal on June 1, a one-day clinic that teaches football players the tricks of the gridiron, held at Metzgar Fields Athletic Complex. The campers received instruction from 246 volunteer college coaches and raised $135,000 for pediatric brain tumor research and pediatric cancer services.

Patriot League Football Teams Complete Spring Practice
The regular season is on the horizon now that all seven Patriot League Football teams have run through their spring practice schedule. Each of the schools held a spring game or scrimmage to culminate their 15-practice allotment.

Fordham's Ben Dato Signs Free Agent Contract with Baltimore Ravens
It's been a long ride from high school soccer player to NFL free agent for Fordham University senior punter Ban Dato. Not having kicked a football before his sophomore year in high school, Dato made up for lost time, becoming an All-American punter at Fordham in 2007 and then signing a free agent contract with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
